Processing Times & Procedure
Since we produce all out own products we control our stock levels and are in control of our own production planning. This means that even if something is not in stock we can make it quickly so you don't see any delay in your product shipping. 96% of standard orders are processed and shipped within our two working day target. There are a couple of things you can do to make sure that there is no delay when you place your order. However, at extremely busy times it can take up to 10 days for orders to be manufactured prior to dispatching.
Contact details
Make sure your email address is correct and you include a contact phone number. The phone number is important as we need one if your order is being sent via courier, if you don't supply one then we need to contact you before we can book a collection for your parcel - this is important if Paypal Express is your method of payment, please add a phone number in the comments section if you have not entered one on the website.
When you place an order you will receive an email from the website confirming its receipt, this normally happens instantly but if you don't get one please check your spam folders. When we have processed your order and it is shipped you will receive a second email confirming this. If we have any questions or foresee any excessive delays we will give you a heads up and let you know.
Shipping
We ship orders from the UK via Royal Mail Standard Airmail Service, DPD, FedEx, UK Mail, UPS or DHL.
UK orders are shipped using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service.
Standard Service times
Parcels sent within the UK usually take 2-4 days from shipping to arrive at your door. Shipping to the US usually takes 5-10 days. See below for full details, prices and estimated timings for other countries.
Delivery charges start at £5.00 for all orders wherever you live.

UK customers should receive their orders, on average, within 2-4 days of dispatch. Royal Mail states they’ll deliver within 15 days but the vast majority of cases are much quicker than that (please let us know if it ever takes longer).
European customers generally receive their orders within 15 working days and Rest of the World customers within 28 working days.
Please note custom charges may apply when shipping outside of the UK and as such UK VAT is removed from these purchases.
Shipping to the EU
From the 1st of September 2021, Sarissa Precision Limited are registered for IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) which facilitates for us the collection, declaration and payment of VAT on distance sales of imported goods to buyers in the EU. We have done this to make the process easier for our customers, who will only be charged at the time of purchase, and therefore should not face any surprise fees when the goods are delivered. This should put a stop to our EU customers paying the VAT and potentially a customs clearance fee charged by the transporter. However, this can only be used for orders up to €150 Euros (excluding VAT & Shipping). Therefore orders worth over €150 Euros are not covered and you will potentially have to pay the import VAT and a service charge on arrival.
