Centrale Électrique Saint-Lazare (Power Room)

Hidden behind the workshops and warehouses on the edge of San Lezere, the Centrale Électrique Saint-Lazare quietly powered the town for decades. Its great brick chimney stood as a familiar landmark, while the hum of generators brought light to homes, warmth to workshops, and life to the bustling high street. Few townsfolk ever ventured inside, but everyone relied upon the electricity it produced.

When war reached San Lezere, the power station became a strategic asset. Control of the generators meant control of communications, industry, and the town itself. Engineers worked tirelessly under the threat of bombardment, while soldiers fought to protect—or disable—the facility. Even after suffering shell damage, the sturdy brick building continued to stand, its towering chimney watching over the smoke-filled skyline.

On the Tabletop

Whether defending vital infrastructure, sabotaging enemy supplies, or restoring power to a liberated town, the Centrale Électrique Saint-Lazare makes an excellent objective for industrial and urban battlefields. Its distinctive chimney provides an instantly recognisable landmark, while the compact footprint allows it to fit naturally into factory districts, railway yards, or the outskirts of San Lezere. Like the rest of the CMYK range, the kit can be built intact or broken into ruined sections to reflect the changing fortunes of battle.
