Staff and Customer Safety
Sarissa Precision's aim is to continue to operate as normal through the Coronavirus period, including this third lockdown. All employees who can are working remotely to maintain our usual service levels. To ensure social distancing, our warehouse is operating with a reduced workforce on site during each shift, with additional safeguards in place as well as the appropriate social distancing.
We will continue to do what is best to protect our staff, which is our number one priority, and we are determined to keep up to-date with the UK Government's advice and legislation to do this.
We are taking the current situation very seriously indeed to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, and to protect the wellbeing of our customers and staff.
Online Orders - Delivery Information
Currently online orders may experiencing delays due to increased demand and social distancing rules applied in our warehouse. We’re sorry there is the potential for slower than normal delivery times to you and want to thank all of our customers for their patience during this challenging time.
Key things we think you need to be aware of regarding our service at the moment:
1) To ensure social distancing, our warehouse is operating with a reduced workforce, with additional safeguards in place.
2) We are busier than usual and timeframes may differ due to staff capacity and Royal Mail’s ability to deliver.
3) Customer support is receiving emails and answering as quickly as possible.
International Delivery
We are experiencing delays with deliveries to the some countries.
We would like to add a massive thank you for all the messages of support we have received, coupled with your valued custom it has been been very much appreciated during this difficult time.
