The Yellow Sky Saloon
On a dusty corner of Main Street, beneath a fading sign that reads “Whiskey, French Wine, Beers,” sits The Yellow Sky, a crooked little saloon with a reputation far larger than its walls. The place is always half-lit by smoke and lantern glow, and the air hums with card games, quiet arguments and the clink of cheap glasses.
It’s run by Gideon “GFI” Dick, a sharp-tongued former riverboat gambler who knows how to pour a drink, fix a game, and spot trouble before it kicks in the door. GFI doesn’t pretend to run a respectable establishment — he runs a profitable one, and in Redrock Falls that’s all that matters. Information flows as freely as whiskey, and a well-timed rumour can be worth more than a gold nugget.
If you’re looking for a drink, a wager, or a lead on something dangerous, The Yellow Sky is where you’ll find it — just don’t expect to leave with everything you walked in with.
