80mm Elephant / Monster Base (SAG)
A purpose-chosen 80mm round base for elephants, monsters and other large centrepiece models used across the SAGA Universes.
Why this footprint? Specialist models in SAGA are not always tied to one universal compulsory base size. We reviewed the relevant SAGA Universe material and FAQs, the footprint of commonly available 28mm models, and the way players are actually basing these models. From that we selected 80mm as a practical Sarissa-recommended footprint: enough room for an elephant or monster and useful scenic basing, without making the model unnecessarily cumbersome on the table.
This is therefore a recommended compatible footprint, not a claim that every SAGA elephant or monster must use an 80mm base. Always check the requirements for the specific unit and Universe you are playing.
Pack contents: 2 × 80mm Round bases.
Material options: 2mm MDF or 3mm MDF.
