Click and Collect from Sarissa HQ or a Show
You can order online and collect from Sarissa HQ in Langley Mill, or from our stand at a show. Choose the collection location at checkout so we know where your order needs to be.

Shop and go to checkout
Add your items to the basket as usual. Under Delivery, choose Pickup.

Check the Pickup location
Select Sarissa HQ – Unit 6 Langley Mill for collection from us, or choose the event you’re attending. Open more locations if your option isn’t in the first view.

Check before paying
Make sure the location is right, then complete checkout. Check your confirmation email and keep the order number for collection.
Collecting from Sarissa HQ
Wait until we confirm your order is ready before travelling. If you need to collect at a particular time, contact us to arrange it.
Collecting at a show
We can only bring part of the range to each event, so ordering ahead is the best way to ask for the specific items you want. Please order at least a week beforehand where possible and check any announced cut-off.
Choose the correct show at checkout, then collect from our stand on the show date. If an item is due for release later, contact us before ordering it for that event.
